Do you feel lost and hopeless and you do not know what to do with your depression? Do you find that you have no goals or dreams?
There are many people in the world that feel hopeless and feel that their life is empty. There are so many people that feel that they are hopeless and that nothing in their life is going to make them happy.
This is a sad thing for people to feel this way but there is hope and there is help. You have to learn to understand who you are and to know that you are not alone.
There are times that are hard, but it is not going to last forever. This might seem like the last thing you want to hear, but it is true.
Time
Time will show you that things will get better. You need to take time to rest and to care for who you are.
Inner Hopelessness
There are different reasons that people feel hopeless such as losing a loved one or experiencing change in their life.
There are times when you lose a loved one and that you realize that you will no longer get to hold them or that you will no longer feel their affection for you. This can cause you to grieve and feel that you are empty and alone.
These feelings can lead to you not feeling satisfied in your relationships or hating your job and feeling like you have no passion.
Another reason can be because you feel that you have no one to love you. This isn’t just romance, but it means having friends or someone that is in your life.
You have to learn to love who you are and to embrace your own life and you will find a connection when you do.
Living Empty
You may not have noticed before but now you notice how empty you are in life. You may feel like you are not even the one in control and that you go through the everyday mundane things without even thinking about them.
You don’t feel that you are human anymore and you feel that you lost your sense of emotions and happiness. You wonder what has happened to you and how you become soulless.
You may not even realize that you are living a soulless life and a life without meaning. Because success is measured by how much money you have or what kind of relationships you have, you do not really take time to care for who you are.
You spend large amounts of time believing society and how they feel value is instead of knowing who you are and how important you are.
You learn that your needs and wants are suppressed and you lie to yourself and refuse to listen to what you need, and this proves you are crying out for help. This is an empty and lost feeling and is more than you imagine it to be.
Self-Love
You have to learn to fill the void in your life and you can do this by caring more for yourself. You have to learn to love who you are.
You can do this in your conscious mind, and you can do this by meditating. You have to try to figure out who you are, and you have to learn to accept yourself.
There are things you can do to show yourself self-love and here are some of them:
Exercise
Take time each day to move. Join a gym class or take yoga. By being active you are healing your mind and body. This will make you feel good and will give you more energy and take away your depression.

Eating
Eat healthier. Get rid of processed foods and eat more fruits and vegetables. When you eat bad foods, you will find that they are unfulfilling, and they leave you feeling sluggish.
Healthy foods such as berries and veggies are great for your body and your mind. They taste great and they are good food choices.
Sleeping
You should get around eight hours of sleep each day. If you aren’t you need to work on this. Sleeping can help to restore your mind and body.
Most people in the world do not get enough sleep. Getting the right amount of rest can help you to be successful in your life.
Rest and Relaxation
Besides sleep, you need to rest and relax. Even if you don’t feel that you need to rest, you need to. Take time each day to relax and enjoy your life.
Learn to be around people that you enjoy and do things that make you feel happy.
Time Alone
Take time each day to be alone and meditate. Everyone needs to reconnect with who they are, and you can do this and restore your energy. You will feel more refreshed in your life.
Relationships
Find people that feed goodness into you. Find people that make you feel good about who you are. Do not be around negative people or people that are selfish.
Make room for people who deserve to be in your life and invite them in.
Forgive Yourself
Forgive yourself for things you have done wrong in your past. Let go of past unforgiveness and learn that you are someone important. We all make mistakes and try to do better.
You can make better choices and you can learn to be free from unforgiveness. Forgiving allows you to be in control of your own life. Making mistakes is natural and you have to forgive yourself and move forward.
Most Importantly…
After you have done all of these things, you need to learn to laugh and be happy. Find things you are passionate about and do them.
Find time for yourself and accept you for who you are. Sleep in and have fun. Do not let the emptiness or the void come back in your life. Enjoy your life while you are here on the earth.
We are all humans and we all make mistakes. We have to work to improve who we are. Give yourself to others and let them help you experience happiness. Make yourself useful to those that need you and it will make you happy.

When you feel empty, here are some things you need to do:

- Improve your situation.
- Give yourself self-love.
- Care for yourself.
- Give people around you love.
- Take time to enjoy your life.
- Stop competing with others.
Spend time on your journey enjoying your life. Pursue things that are positive in your life. Learn to accept yourself for who you are and get rid of your negative feelings.
